families, and employers navigate U.S. immigration with clear guidance and careful, detail-driven case preparation.

I opened my office in 2004 after several years with a boutique immigration and litigation firm.
In 2019, I partnered with a former corporate defense attorney and opened Randolph & Holloway, LLC,
a separate litigation firm that represents employees in workplace disputes.
