EB-5 Investor Visa
Permanent Resident status is available to individuals and their immediate family members (spouses and children) who have invested - or are in the process of investing - a certain amount of capital into a commercial enterprise that they have started in the United States.
The investor must show that the enterprise will benefit the United States economy and that it will create a certain number of full-time employment opportunities for individuals qualified to work in the United States.
The creation of a new business, the purchase of a new business, or the significant expansion of an existing business may qualify.
An investment of at least $500,000.00 up to $1,000 000.00 will be necessary.
Creation of 10 new job opportunities in the case of a new business or the maintenance of a pre-existing number of jobs in the case of the purchase or expansion of an existing business.
