EB-3 - Professionals and Skilled Workers
An employer may petition for an employee who are considered a "skilled worker" with 2 years of experience, professionals with a bachelor's degree, and other workers with less than 2 years experience.. Employers will have to first complete the Labor Certification process for this type of visa. Currently a backlog exists and it could take some time to process this type of visa.
Skilled worker positions are available for non-seasonal work only.
Professionals must hold a US Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent.
