EB2 - Advanced Degree & Exceptional Ability
An employer may petition for an employees green card if the employee has an "advanced degree" or if, because of his or her "exceptional ability" the approval of the green card will "substantially benefit" the United States. Generally employers will have to first complete the Labor Certification process for this type of visa.
